I can't say I've ever considered bungee-jumping but I did think about inner-tubing behind the boat...so that's probably me.

I did think about doing it a long time ago, though, so that part probably came from me, too.

Of course now I'm probably going to have to do it just to satisfy both our urges. And yes, that came out sounding a whole lot weirder than I intended.

I'd probably have to ask someone who knows more about how all this works, 'cause I sure don't have a clue. I'm guessing turning off the force field might have some adverse effects for everyone else. The Admiral might frown on that.

All the time. They were always there, even when I wasn't paying much attention to 'em. It kinda felt like being on drugs again.

It can, but I'm pretty used to it by now.

That's probably it. Plus I figured out I got an addictive personality type, so I try to be moderate.

I tried moderation. It didn't really work for me.

Sometimes it feels like it ain't all it's cracked up to be, but-- being too extreme doesn't always work out so good, either. For me, anyway.

Well, sure--it all depends on your goals. And if your goal is to survive to a ripe old age, extremism probably isn't the way to go.

But if you rate self-indulgence higher than survival, then moderation is a real buzzkill.
